Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If we made a mistake (defective product, wrong item sent, etc.): We’ll cover the full return shipping cost. No questions asked.
- If you changed your mind (size, color, etc.): Please cover the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. A quick reminder — please double-check your size and color options when placing your order.
Your Refund – Fast & Simple
Once your returned item arrives back to us, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll also receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is on its way.
